Alive and Well Ambassadors elect Steering Committees to represent them to guide the work in their communities. 

The Board of Directors guides the organization to be responsive to the priorities identified by the Ambassadors and Steering Committees.

The staff and community consultants implement the work prioritized by the Ambassadors and Steering Committees.

St. Louis Steering Committee

The Alive and Well St. Louis Steering Committee meets monthly from 3:30-5 p.m. the third Wednesday of the month at the O’Fallon Recreation Center. Meeting dates and locations will be posted on the Alive and Well STL calendar.

Pastor at Bethel Baptist Church in Columbia, Mo., Rev. Alberty is a National Trainer of Mental Health First Aid and is a Mental Health Cultural Competency trainer, as well as the executive director of the faith-based nonprofit, Pathways to Promise

Restorative Justice Coordinator and Mediator at the Center for Conflict Resolution in Kansas City, working to create healthier schools and communities, and co-chair of the Alive and Well Kansas City Steering Committee

Founder of a non-profit A Better Tomorrow, focusing on community and youth engagement programming. He has significant experience with Mental Health First Aid and is actively engaged in other community building activities, including serving as an elected co-chair of the Alive and Well St. Louis Steering Committee.

Superintendent at the School District of University City is leading the way in creating school cultures that recognize humanization as a core pillar of student and staff success
